The ultra-low temperature V-type heat pump unit is designed for cold areas in the north and is suitable for areas with an ambient temperature above -25°C. This series of units includes three series: swimming pool, hot spring, and hot water. It can be used for heating and cooling pool water in large venues, modular combination heating shower water, heating, and air conditioning.
The ultra-low temperature environment model adopts a number of leading technical means to ensure the heating effect of the heat pump in extreme climatic conditions.
Technology 1:
The evaporator is arranged in a V-shape, with even air flow up and down, which is also conducive to the discharge of condensed water during defrosting.
Technology 2:
The unit can be set to a strong heat function between -25℃ and -10℃. At this time, the unit can increase the heating capacity by 20%, ensuring strong heat output under low temperature conditions. Three unique ultra-low temperature liquid spray enthalpy increase modes can be set, so that the unit can perform at its best under various environmental conditions.
Technology 3:
In view of the problem that the surface of the heat exchanger fins is prone to frost in low temperature environments, affecting the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger, the heat pump adopts intelligent defrosting technology, automatically detects the defrosting temperature, enters the defrosting working state at the best time, and extends the working time and efficiency of the heat pump in ultra-low temperature environments.
Technology 4:
The unit adopts an upper and lower structure and a left and right mirror image arrangement, which is convenient for daily maintenance; the controller adopts independent system control, which has no influence on each other; when more than three units are combined, the 485 communication interface and touch screen control linkage and modbus communication protocol can be used for control, and it can be connected to other central control systems.

It can heat strongly at an extreme ambient temperature of -25℃, and can store a large amount of hot water. The hot water temperature can be set freely within the range of 18℃-60℃ as needed.
-Small footprint
Multiple V-type machines can be installed side by side, which takes up less space than straight-plate machines.
-High-quality accessories
Using the American Copeland jet reheating compressor and energy-saving and environmentally friendly R410a refrigerant; the discharge of evaporator condensate uses the drainage heating belt imported from the United States. The lower the temperature, the greater the heating power, and the condensate can be discharged unimpeded to the outside of the unit.
-Ultra-high energy efficiency ratio
Compared with ordinary units, the ultra-low temperature V-type heat pump unit has a super high COP and can easily achieve a first-level energy efficiency ratio.
-Simple control
It can use 485 communication interface and touch screen control intermodulation and modbus communication protocol central control, and can be easily connected to other central control systems.
-Flexible combination
Can be combined with a single module or multiple modules. A single module combination can be a maximum of 5 modules, 125 horsepower, and a heating capacity of 425kW; multiple modules can be combined into 16 modules, with a heating capacity of up to 6800kW, which is suitable for use in large venues.
